CASAS Remote Testing – Challenges and Successes

Abstract

Capturing student progress online especially during this pandemic is a challenge when it involves high-stakes grant funding with federal and state mandates. Presenters from WIOA Title II grant agencies will explain the development and execution of their procedures for CASAS progress tests and EL Civics performance-based assessments. Description of the challenges faced as well as successes realized will be the body of the presentation. Resources in the presentation slides will provide further guidance.
