Abstract

The Google apps within G Suites can be used to create engaging handouts, tutorials and other resources for both staff and students. This presentation will show attendees how to create their own engaging handouts to use during virtual classes or to share with their colleagues. The primary apps within G Suites will be used (Docs, Slides, and Sheets) as well as Forms, Jamboard, MusicLabs, and Cultural Institute. All of the tools presented are available on all smart devices thereby making, what is created, equitable and accessible. Accessibility features of Google and Chrome as well as how to ensure created materials are accessible will also be discussed and pondered.
