New's in Googles

Session 5: 1:00-2:30 PM (Thursday March 03, 2022)

 

Description

Did you know that Google has changed? that there are free lessons for Google apps? Have you heard about the Chromebook simulator? This session will cover as many new cool “Googles” as time allows as well as new features within Google apps. Features will be investigated, settings discussed, sharing across different EDU types maneuvered, and engagement explored across the apps. Handouts will be given after the session and everyone will learn more beyond the new’s in Google!

Melinda has over 34+ years of educational experience at the Sacramento County Office of Education (SCOE) and the Outreach and Technical Assistance Network (OTAN). Specializing in Google, Melinda has facilitated over 200 virtual and in-person workshops demonstrating various cloud technologies as well as their use and application in adult education programs and classrooms. Melinda is a Google for Education Certified Educator and Trainer, Google Cloud Certified, and a Google Workspace Administrator
