Creating Beautiful Canvas Pages

Description
In this workshop, instructors will learn different design techniques aimed at enhancing the aesthetic appeal of their Canvas pages through various design elements. Skillful use of design elements aims to capture students’ attention, making it more accessible for learners to read and retain information. This session is tailored for instructors with experience teaching on Canvas. Participants will receive a Canvas import file for use in their sandbox. The presenter will guide attendees through various pages in the sandbox, demonstrating how to seamlessly copy and modify different design elements to make their Canvas pages visually compelling.

Santiago Canyon College - Continuing Education
Elaine Pham is a full-time tenured faculty in the Noncredit Adult HS Diploma Department at Santiago Canyon College. Her role involves teaching noncredit math classes and coordinating departmental activities. With 17 years of experience in continuing education, Elaine finds joy in teaching noncredit math classes and supporting her colleagues in the department. Her passion lies in crafting high-quality Canvas shells for both in-person and DE classes within her department.
