OTAN's Digital Leadership Academy (DLAC) empowers adult education agencies by tailoring projects to align with their improvement plans. This program, a part of OTAN's legacy of professional development, spans two years, offering continuous support through mentor-coaches, technology integration, and program counseling. Agencies pinpoint areas for growth, shaping goals from enhancing distance learning to integrating technology into daily teaching practices.

Yecsenia Delgado Lorenzo is a lover of teaching technology and a Subject Matter Expert for OTAN (Outreach and Technical Assistance Network), Adult Education Counselor, Academic Instructor and CTE Teacher. She has over 13 years of adult education experience in various capacities including: Instructional Designer, E-Learning Developer, CTE Program Developer and technology integration specialist.
