She writes Web-Based News articles, and Teaching with Technology activities, and regularly presents at three or four conferences each year. She is currently a coach for OTAN's Digital Leadership Academy (DLAC).

Yecsenia Delgado Lorenzo is a lover of teaching technology and a Subject Matter Expert for OTAN (Outreach and Technical Assistance Network), Adult Education Counselor, Academic Instructor and CTE Teacher. She has over 13 years of adult education experience in various capacities including: Instructional Designer, E-Learning Developer, CTE Program Developer and technology integration specialist.

Josh Eick

OTAN

Josh Eick, an SME for OTAN, brings over 28 years of expertise as an educator with LAUSD’s Division of Adult and Career Education (DACE). A specialist in ESL, he’s taught all levels of ESL, computer technology, and World History. Josh co-designed DACE’s master LMS course for upper-level ESL, pioneered its first IET course, and co-authored the site plan for AEVA, one of the nation’s first fully virtual adult schools, showcasing his innovation in adult education.

Debbie Jensen

OTAN

Debbie Jensen worked as an instructor for 33 years in adult programs including Adult Basic Education, Older Adults, and Adults with Disabilities. She also assisted with technology integration at the school. She currently works for OTAN creating online resources, Canvas courses, articles, presentations, and workshops. She has presented at multiple conferences including COABE, CAEP, TDLS, CCAE, CASAS SI, and CUE.

Maricel Manglicmot

OTAN

Maricel Manglicmot has been a teacher at East Side Adult Education for ten years teaching English in the high school diploma program. With a Master's degree in Instructional Science and Technology, she supports the teachers with their technology needs. A recent addition to OTAN, Maricel has presented for TDLS in 2023 and for the South Bay Consortium in 2021. Maricel is enthusiastic about integrating technology into ASE classrooms.
