Description

During this session, you will learn how to implement Google’s Applied Digital Skills class into your Adult Education classroom. The session will cover the basics of Google’s Applied Digital Skills and the details of how to start your own class in Google Classroom. In addition, I will present a case study of how I used Google’s Applied Digital Skills in my own Intermediate ESL class, as well as the benefits and drawbacks I had while implementing the class for the first time. We will then look at some projects that different levels of students have completed and talk about the final outcome of the course. Finally, you will work in groups to explore how you might use Google’s Applied Digital Skills in your own classroom or school.
