R. Lynne Ruvalcaba

Dr. Lynne Ruvalcaba is the Administrator of Educational Technology Office of Correctional Education for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. Her background includes roles in finance and business administration as well as fifteen years of K-12 school administrator. Most recently, she has worked in correctional education administration, focused on equity and access for diverse student populations. She currently works to expand access to tech for more than 36,000 students.
