Change can be exciting and fearful all at the same time. Doing things out of the norm can make us look different in the eyes of our fellow teachers and senior administrators. But we must not let fear stand in the way of change, we must SAVE the Maverick inside us all and celebrate educators who are willing to push the boundaries of what is possible in education.
