Post-pandemic, an increasing number of ESL and CTE courses are now taught in Hybrid format, with some instructional portions synchronous and another portion asynchronous online. Yet, many faculty understand asynchronous teaching as little more than providing time for students to log-into pre-developed curriculum programs. We will provide backward design practices and planning tools so teachers can execute high-quality hybrid adult education courses in ESL and CTE.

Come to this session to learn how to get the most out of the updates (including AI) while maintaining fun and exciting online classes (or class components.) Learn how to help your faculty or teaching staff keep their Zoom skills up to date while feeling supported and nurtured by the administration.
