Online instructors need to stay on top of all the Zoom updates while continuing to create interesting, engaging and dynamic lessons. But Zoom keeps coming up with new updates! Come to this session to learn how to get the most out of the updates (including AI) while maintaining fun and exciting online classes (or class components.) Learn how to help your faculty or teaching staff keep their Zoom skills up to date while feeling supported and nurtured by the administration.

The CASAS Teacher Portal is a new tool available in TE which helps teachers to access student and classroom data in real-time. Teachers can use the portal to identify areas of strength and growth, inform one-on-one student data chats, and lesson plan to target key areas of need. Unite, Inspire, Achieve!! Create an Adult Education Virtual School Fair!!

In this session, presenters will share a virtual school fair created by students and staff of the Adult Education Virtual Academy (AEVA), which showcases work done by students, their digital skills, AEVA programs, and staff presentations. The presenters will explain how the virtual fair was created including all templates and forms used. Participants will enjoy a guided tour of the fair and ask any questions they might have about replicating it.

World Education, in partnership with AT&T, is leading the co-design, development, and integration of digital navigation services at five diverse community-based organizations throughout the United States. Join our session to learn more about how we worked with each site to identify their needs and strengths, implement programming to provide individualized assistance for access to devices, the internet, and digital skills, and design sustainable solutions targeted to decrease the digital divide.

Whether your answer is yes or no, come learn what Canva is, how to get a free account, and how AI technology, now embedded in Canva, can make designing and creating easier. During this session, you will create a Canva For Education account, learn some basic uses of Canva, and how to use Canva's Magic Studio (AI Tools). Bring a device so you can follow along.
