Sustaining Digital Transformation Through DLAC
Session 4: 4:00pm-5:00pm (Friday March 06, 2026)
Description
In this facilitated panel discussion, we bring together current participants of the Digital Leadership Academy (DLAC) alongside senior educational leaders to unpack the design, implementation, and impact of a structured two-year digital leadership program. Panelists represent diverse adult education agencies and will discuss: how they aligned the pathway with local plans and equity-driven goals; how they built coaching cultures; tools and metrics for continuous improvement; and how they ensured both access and representation in tech integration. Suitable for administrators, instructional leaders, and support staff who want to rethink digital leadership with equity, process-improvement and sustainability in mind.
