We’ll start with a clear overview of CIP purpose, annual timeline, and submission deadlines. Then we’ll dive into the specific CIP requirements for 2026. You’ll learn how to craft SMART/IE goals, reference concrete examples from previous sessions like CIP: A Beginner’s Guide to Success, and review other CIP goals from fellow agencies and align them with reporting expectations.
