You’ll learn how to craft SMART/IE goals, reference concrete examples from previous sessions like CIP: A Beginner’s Guide to Success, and review other CIP goals from fellow agencies and align them with reporting expectations. She frequently presents at conferences at all levels. She advocates for accessible documents, and she is a vocal supporter of Open Educational Resources for Adult Learners.
