Assessment Tracker
Session 4: 4:00pm-5:00pm (Friday March 06, 2026)
Description
Participants will learn how to input data into the tracker and view scores. They will also learn how to read tracker and how to input student information into the tracker. Lastly, they will learn the basic formulas needed to create their own. Monterey Adult School plans to provide a copyable tracker that will allow participants to have their own copy.

Daniel Cutler
Monterey Adult School
Daniel has been working at the Monterey Adult School since 1993. He has been their Program Specialist and Teacher on Special Assignment since 2011. (TOSA) He primarily supports teachers and office staff with the WASC and CIP reports, curriculum, data reports, monitoring all the data trackers, and other WIOA requirements. He was an ESL teacher at the school for 18 years. Previously, Dan lived and taught ESL in Japan.
Angelica Diaz-Roman
Monterey Adult School
Ms. Diaz-Roman has been an ESL and Computer teacher at the Monterey Adult School since 1997. She is an avid OTAN supporter. She has attended the OTAN TDLS for the last 8 years and learned many strategies.
Patty Hernandez
Monterey Adult School
Ms. Hernandez has been the Data Clerk at Monterey Adult School for 20+ years. She is in charge of all the data reporting and is responsible for entering all the scores in to Te. Ms. Hernandez works in hand with Mr. Cutler to complete required reports on a timely basis.
