I began using WhatsApp as a way to communicate with students in my online class. I found that students were more likely to do homework and come to class if I sent them information via Whatsapp rather than through email or Remind. WhatsApp serves as an easy access point for students.

Four Dimensional Education: Delivering Online Learning to Incarcerated Juveniles and Adults

On March 13 CA went to SIP. While nearly all incarceration facilities closed for instruction, the Monterey COE (MCOE) continued to deliver online, virtual instruction to the MC Jail. The MCOE staff will discuss technology, curricula, and how we transitioned to virtual instruction during 2020-2021.
